David Thom's Bluegrass All-Stars features some of the best and brightest in the Bay area bluegrass scene. Tonight, David abandons his big loud guitar style for a big loud mandolin style and has asked some of his favorite players to come and put up with it. On guitar, Chris Smith (Mighty Crows), bass is played by Dan Booth (49 Special & Kathy Kallick Band), Chris Caputo (the best banjo player you've never heard, and look at that suit), and Paul Shelasky (the funniest guy you've never laughed at, and probably best traditional fiddler around).
