The Skinny are sprouts from the East Bay with some new-fangled ways of playing the old time music we love so much – a knee-slapping, tear-jerking, foot-stomping crowd playing not-so-traditional folk and bluegrass sounds, and loving every minute of it. These pickers combine sweet harmonies with dobro, banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, accordion, ukelele and a rockin bass line, pulling you in 'til you wanna pick up anything that makes noise and play along too.
